摘要
大型邮轮是我国尚未掌握自主研发设计能力的高技术船型,特别是邮轮设计这一核心领域,西方发达国家始终对中国保持着技术封锁,国内设计人员无法获得邮轮核心参数的设计依据和优化措施的相关资料。本文对当前邮轮设计领域专利现状进行分析,重点聚焦欧洲三大船企以及邮轮设计与布置、HVAC和典型外观三项核心技术,从专利申请趋势、专利技术创新热点等角度分析了现有布局情况,梳理专利技术发展路线,提出核心技术专利布局方向,为我国相关企业开展邮轮设计与专利保护提供参考借鉴。
Large cruise ship is a high-tech ship type that China has not yet mastered the capability of independent research and design.Especially in the core field of cruise design,western developed countries have always maintained a technological blockade on China,and domestic designers cannot obtain the design basis of cruise core parameters and relevant materials of optimization measures.Focusing on three European companies and three core technologies of cruise design and layout,HVAC and typical appearance,this paper analyzes the current patent status in the field of cruise design.It analyzes the current layout from the perspective of patent application trend and hot spots of patent technology innovation,sorts out the development route of patent technology,and puts forward the direction of core technology patent layout.It provides references for Chinese related enterprises to carry out cruise design and patent protection.
