3株马尾松外生菌根真菌菌丝最适生长条件探究 被引量:1

摘要 为明确小笠原须腹菌、硬皮地星和彩色豆马勃的最适生长条件,研究温度、pH、碳源、氮源及碳氮比对3种外生菌根真菌生长的影响。结果表明3种ECM真菌的最适生长条件具有明显差异,小笠原须腹菌最适pH为4.0~5.0,最适温度为25~30℃,最适碳源为蔗糖、果糖、淀粉和甘露醇,最适氮源为铵态氮,最适碳氮比为40∶1;硬皮地星最适pH为5.0~7.0,最适温度为25℃,最适碳源为蔗糖,最适氮源为铵态氮,最适碳氮比为5∶1;彩色豆马勃最适pH为6.0,最适温度为30~35℃,最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为铵态氮、硝态氮和蛋白胨,最适碳氮比为10∶1。 In order to investigate the optimal growth conditions of Rhizopogon boninensis,Astraeus hygrometricus and Pisolithus tinctorius,the effects of temperature,pH,carbon source,nitrogen source and C/N ratio on the growth of the three ectomycorrhizal(ECM)fungi were studied.The results showed that the optimal growth conditions of the three ECM fungi were obviously different,the optimal pH for R.boninensis was 4.0-5.0,the optimal temperature was 25-30℃,the optimal carbon source was sucrose,fructose,starch and mannitol,the optimal nitrogen source was ammonium,and the optimal C/N ratio was 40∶1.The optimum pH for A.hygrometricus was 5.0-7.0,the optimum temperature was 25℃,the optimum carbon source was sucrose,the optimum nitrogen source was ammonium,and the optimum C/N ratio was 5∶1.The optimal pH for P.tinctorius was 6.0,the optimal temperature was 30-35℃,the optimal carbon source was glucose,the optimal nitrogen source was ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and peptone,and the optimal C/N ratio was 10∶1.
