摘要
目前水资源短缺、洪涝灾害等多种水问题在我国越来越严峻,建设海绵城市能全面有效地解决这一综合问题。对我国建设海绵城市的背景进行介绍,并且从海绵城市的内涵、本质、目标以及海绵城市建设包括的主要内容等方面进行了论述,对国内外海绵城市的发展进行了总结,最后论述了水生态系统功能主体保护与修复、低影响开发技术、水敏性城市设计以及绿色基础设施建设等建设海绵城市的关键技术,以利于我国海绵城市的建设。
Now,China is facing water shortages,floods disaster and other kinds of water problems,building a sponge city can comprehensively and effectively solve this problem.In addition to stating the connotation,essence,and objectives of the sponge city,this article also provides background information on China’s building of the sponge city and summarizes its progress both domestically and internationally,finally,the key technologies of protection and restoration of aquatic ecosystem,the low impact development technology,water sensitive urban design and green infrastructure construction and other key technologies are described,which is benefical to the construction of China’s sponge city.
