摘要
以响应儿童需求,创造城市未来为主旨的“儿童友好型城市”概念已被提及多年。街道空间作为承担邻里活动、居民出行等频繁使用的户外活动环境,因过往注重以满足车辆需求为导向的交通政策和街道设计,导致城市的可步行性大幅下降,促使我们重新审视城市街道空间的困境所在和更新途径。从对“儿童友好型道路”内涵的阐释出发,以实际案例总结提炼了石家庄在儿童友好型街道更新的经验做法,以期为“儿童友好型城市”概念的落地实施提供可借鉴的参考和推广模式,为实现“儿童友好城市”的愿景添砖加瓦。
The concept of“Child-Friendly City”with the theme of responding to the needs of children and creating the future of cities has been mentioned for many years.Street space,as an outdoor activity environment that is used frequently for neighborhood activities and residents’travel,has been greatly reduced in the city’s walkability due to the emphasis on traffic policies and street design oriented to meet the needs of vehicles in the past,prompting us to re-examine the plight and renewal of urban street space.Starting from the interpretation of the connotation of“Child-Friendly Road”,this paper summarizes and refines the experience and practices of Shijiazhuang in the renewal of child-friendly streets with practical cases,with a view to providing reference and promotion models for the implementation of the concept of“Child-Friendly City”and contributing to the realization of the vision of“Child-Friendly City”.
