摘要
总结了硫酸盐和碳化耦合作用下混凝土耐久性侵蚀机理、侵蚀模型、耦合作用模式、侵蚀产物种类、试验方法和混凝土性能评价指标等方面的研究成果,指出混凝土耐久性侵蚀机理及产物方面的结论分歧较大,试验方法多源于现场经验总结或基于单一侵蚀方法的简单组合,与真实情况不符。有关硫酸盐和碳化耦合作用下混凝土耐久性劣化模型研究近乎空白。现有研究成果难以全面地表征混凝土耐久性侵蚀损伤和动态演变,无法准确地开展服役现场中的混凝土结构耐久性评估和使用寿命预测。
The existing achievements of the durability assessment of concrete under the coupled effect of sulfate and carbonization,including the durability erosion mechanism of concrete,the erosion model,the coupled effect model,the type of erosion products,the durability test method,the durability evaluation index,were concluded in this study.The results show that the existing researches leads to the great differences in respects of the durability erosion mechanism and the type of erosion products.The durability test method of concrete is mostly based on summarized fieldwork experience or the simple combination of the individual effects of sulfate and carbonization,which do not accord with the actual fact.The durability erosion model of concrete under the coupled effect of sulfate and carbonation are almost bland.The existing achievements cannot be used to characterize the damage and dynamic evolvement process of concrete,carry out the durability assessment and forecast the service life prediction of concrete.
