摘要
大数据时代背景下,BIM技术在工程建设中被广泛应用。BIM技术能够对工程建设产生良性影响,如利用BIM技术构建三维立体化建筑模式、进行工程造价计算等,其中BIM技术在工程造价中的有效应用,使工程造价行业中实现了“互联网+”与技术的有效融合。BIM技术能够解决工程造价行业中存在的信息孤岛问题,为工程造价行业提供信息支持和技术支持,使工程造价预算更加精准,更加符合工程企业的实际情况,减少了企业工程建设中资金的浪费,提高了工程项目所产生的经济效益。
In the background of big data era,BIM technology has been widely used in engineering construction.BIM technology can have a benign impact on engineering construction,such as using BIM technology to build three-dimensional construction mode,engineering cost calculation,etc.,the effective application of BIM technology in engineering cost enables the effective integration of"Internet+"and technology in the engineering cost industry.BIM technology can solve the problem of information island in the engineering cost industry,for the engineering cost industry provides the information support and technical support,make the project cost budget more accurate,more in line with the actual situation of engineering enterprise,reduce the waste of capital in the enterprise engineering construction,improve the economic benefits of the project.
