摘要
目的 探讨耳穴贴压联合中药香囊对改善胃癌术后患者化疗相关性呕吐(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, CINV)的效果。方法 随机选取2019年12月—2020年11月在福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院普外科住院的100例胃癌术后患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组(观察组1、观察组2、观察组3)共4组,每组25例。化疗前对照组采用常规止吐治疗,在对照组治疗的基础上,观察组1进行耳穴贴压治疗,观察组2进行中药香囊治疗,观察组3采用耳穴贴压联合中药香囊治疗,对比4组恶心、呕吐发生情况,治疗后不同时间FLIE评分。结果 观察组3恶心、呕吐控制总有效率为88.00%,高于对照组(24.00%)、观察1组(52.00%)、观察2组(56.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.808,P<0.001);化疗第3天、化疗结束后当天以及化疗结束后第3天观察组3 FLIE评分均高于对照组、观察组1、观察组2同期,且均低于同组治疗第1天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用耳穴贴压联合中药香囊能够明显改善胃癌术后患者化疗恶心、呕吐症状,提高生活质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of ear acupoint pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine sa⁃chet on improving chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)in postoperative gastric cancer patients.Meth⁃ods A total of 100 patients with gastric cancer who were hospitalized in the department of general surgery of the Sec⁃ond People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to Novem⁃ber 2020 were randomly selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group(observation group 1,observation group 2,observation group 3)by lottery method,with 25 cases in each group.Before chemotherapy,the control group was treated with conventional antiemetic treatment.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,observation group 1 was treated with auricular point sticking,observation group 2 was treated with traditional Chinese medicine sachet,and observation group 3 was treated with auricular point sticking combined with traditional Chinese medicine sachet.The incidence of nausea and vomiting and FLIE scores at different time after treatment were compared among the 4 groups.Results The total effective rate of nausea and vomiting in observation group 3 was 88.00%,which was higher than that in control group(24.00%),observation group 1(52.00%)and observa⁃tion group 2(56.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=20.808,P<0.001);the FLIE score of observa⁃tion group 3 was higher than that of control group,observation group 1 and observation group 2 at the same time on the 3rd day of chemotherapy,the day after chemotherapy and the 3rd day after chemotherapy,and lower than that of the same group on the 1st day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point stick⁃ing combined with traditional Chinese medicine sachets can significantly improve the symptoms of nausea and vomit⁃ing and improve the quality of life of postoperative patients with gastric cancer.
