摘要
目的构建综合医院静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)防治模型,为临床医护人员进行VTE防控提供科学依据。方法2022年2月在文献查阅的基础上采用德尔菲专家咨询法,选择15名VTE防治经验丰富的专家进行两轮专家函询确定各级指标内容,采用层次分析分析法确定各指标权重。结果两轮专家函询的问卷回收率均为100%,两轮专家权威系数分别为0.853、0.867,专家意见趋于一致。拟方案共包括6项一级条目、14项二级条目、50项三级条目。结论基于六位一体构建的VTE分级预防方案函询结果可靠,具有较高的科学性,可进一步规范VTE诊断、治疗以及防治流程,为患者提供多学科联动一体化的静脉血栓栓塞症防治管理,保障患者安全。
Objective To construct the prevention and treatment model of venous thromboembolism(VTE)in general hospital,and provide scientific basis for clinical medical staff to prevent and control VTE.Methods On the basis of literature review,Delphi expert consultation method was adopted.A total of 15 experts with rich experience in VTE prevention and control were selected for two rounds of expert consultation to determine the content of indicators at all levels,and the weight of indicators was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results The questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 100%,and the expert authority coefficients of the two rounds were 0.853 and 0.867,respectively.The expert opinions tended to be consistent.The proposed scheme includes 6 first-level items,14 second-level items and 50 third-level items.Conclusion The letter inquiry results of VTE grading prevention program based on the six-inone construction are reliable and scientific,which can further standardize the diagnosis,treatment and prevention process of VTE,provide patients with multidisciplinary and integrated prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism,and ensure the safety of patients.
