摘要
为了满足高频电缆、校准件、耦合器等微波二端口器件的S参数性能校准,同时满足矢量网络分析仪校准,针对微波器件的电压驻波比、插入损耗、相移等项目以及矢量网络分析仪的传输幅度、电压驻波比、传输相位等项目,拟建立一套同轴S参数标准装置。本文确定标准装置组成及工作原理,测量标准的重复性和稳定性测试,分析不确定度来源并评定,通过验证标准装置的性能,得出实验室建立的S参数标准装置能够满足微波二端口器件的S参数和矢量网络分析仪校准,快捷地保障S参数量值准确可靠。
In order to meet the S parameter performance calibration of microwave two-port devices such as high-frequency cables,calibrators and couplers,as well as the calibration of vector network analyzer,it is proposed to establish a set of coaxial S parameter standard devices for the voltage standing wave ratio,insertion loss,phase shift and other items of microwave devices and the transmission amplitude,voltage standing wave ratio,transmission phase and other items of vector network analyzer.The paper determines the composition and working principle of the standard device,test the repeatability and stability of the measurement standard,analyzes the source of uncertainty and evaluate it.Through verifying the performance of the standard device,it is concluded that the S parameter standard device established in the laboratory can meet the calibration of the S parameter of the microwave two-port device and the vector network analyzer,and quickly ensure the accuracy and reliability of the S parameter value.
