摘要
主冷却剂泵作为核电站最重要的动力设备,具有实现主回路主冷却剂循环、热量导出、维持反应堆反应性能稳定的功能,直接关系到核安全。作为转动设备,主冷却剂泵含有大量润滑油和动力电缆,从而带来较大的火灾风险。在某新堆型核电站中,主回路中主冷却剂采用金属冷却剂。为防止水与活泼金属接触反应及水淹次生危险,在较大区域内严禁使用任何水基灭火系统。在该堆型核电主泵相关区域的消防设计过程中,为满足金属冷却剂厂房的消防要求和提高电站安全性,文章开展主泵相关消防设计的探讨与设计优化,为后续该类型核电站的消防系统设计提供积极参考和借鉴。
For a generation nuclear power plant,the primary objectives of Reactor Coolant Pump(RCP)are to boost primary reactor coolant circulating,heat removal and maintain the reactor safety functions,which is important to nuclear safety.As a rotating device,fire protection is needed to provide for coolant pump which contain amounts of lubricating oil and power cables to limit fire damage.In addition as a new generation plant,any water-based fire protection systems are not allowed to use in the extensive area due to the features of RCP metal coolant for preventing from flooding disaster.The study addresses the specific design requirements of fire protection for RCP and satisfies the requirements of the plant safety.It demonstrations detailed research and design optimization,to provide the beneficial reference and reference to the work of the following nuclear power plants design.
