摘要
试验旨在验证生物发酵黄牛粪便饲料的安全性及其对麻鸭生长性能的影响。将嗜酸乳杆菌等按比例制成微生物混合菌剂,辅以辅料、木醋液对黄牛粪便进行发酵,制成发酵饲料后用以饲喂麻鸭验证其生物安全性,分析其对麻鸭生长性能的影响。结果表明,在发酵的40 h内,常见的肠道致病菌大肠杆菌等有效减少并减低至安全范围内,重金属含量经过木醋液处理后符合饲料卫生标准。粗蛋白、粗纤维和粗脂肪含量均低于发酵前,真蛋白和氨基酸含量明显上升。10日龄麻鸭在饲喂发酵黄牛粪便饲料60 d后,麻鸭血清转氨酶指标与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),表明生物发酵黄牛粪便饲料对麻鸭肝肾无毒害作用;50%发酵饲料组麻鸭末重比对照组提高18.39%(P<0.05),平均日采食量提高11.68%(P<0.05),平均日增重提高19.39%(P<0.05),料重比下降6.87%(P<0.05)。研究表明,生物发酵黄牛粪便饲料在麻鸭饲养中具有较高的安全性,能够有效提高麻鸭的生长性能,以添加50%发酵饲料效果较好。
The experiment was to verify safety of bio-fermented cattle manure feed and the effect on growth performance of Ma ducks.Lactobacillus acidophilus and other microorganisms were made into mixed microbial agents in proportion,supplemented by auxiliary materials and wood vinegar to ferment cattle dung,verified biological safety of feed by feeding Ma ducks,analyzed its impact on growth performance of ducks.The results showed that within 40 h of fermentation,the common intestinal pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli were effectively reduced and reduced to safe range,and the content of heavy metals met feed hygiene standard after treatment with wood vinegar.Crude protein,crude fiber and crude fat decreased compared with those before fermentation,while true protein and amino acid were significantly increased.In terms of biological validation,the transaminase index in serum biochemical indexes of 10-day-old ducks fed with feed for 60 d was not significantly different from that of control group(P>0.05),which proved that the bio-fermented cattle manure feed had no toxic effect on liver and kidney of ducks.Compared with control group,the ground weight of ducks in 50%fermented diet group was increased by 18.39%(P<0.05),the average daily feed intake was increased by 11.68%(P<0.05),the average daily gain was increased by 19.39%(P<0.05),and feed to gain ratio was decreased by 6.87%(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that bio-fermented dung feed of yellow cattle had high safety and can effectively improve growth performance of duck,the addition of 50%fermented feed is better.
