摘要
试验旨在研究淀粉类添加物和青贮时间对云南楚雄市干热气候环境下生长的辣木青贮饲料品质的影响。试验以PKM1品种辣木为材料进行茎叶青贮,共设5组,对照组不添加任何添加物(CK组),试验组分别添加3%玉米粉(Y_(1)组)、5%玉米粉(Y_(2)组)、3%麦麸粉(M_(1)组)、5%麦麸粉(M_(2)组),分别贮藏30、45 d后评价青贮饲料品质。结果显示,添加物对辣木茎叶青贮品质的改善作用最显著,其次是贮藏时间,二者的交互作用对青贮品质影响较小。发酵30、45 d后,Y_(2)组、M_(1)组和M_(2)组辣木茎叶青贮的感官评价均达到一级优良;Y_(1)组达到二级尚好,CK组等级为三级中等;青贮30 d试验组辣木茎叶青贮中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量均显著低于CK组(P<0.05)。根据隶属函数综合评价发现,青贮30 d各组的综合排名为M_(1)组>Y_(2)组>M_(2)组>Y_(1)组>CK组;青贮45 d各组综合排名为Y_(2)组>M_(1)组>M_(2)组>Y_(1)组>CK组。研究表明,辣木茎叶青贮30 d时添加3%麦麸粉,青贮45 d时添加5%玉米粉可以更好地改善辣木青贮品质。
The experiment was to study the effect of starch additives and silage time on silage quality of Moringa oleifera grown in dry and hot climate in Chuxiong,Yunnan.PKM1 variety Moringa oleifera was used as experimental material for stem and leaf silage,with a total of five groups.Control group did not add any additives(CK group)and treatment groups,experimental groups were added 3%corn flour(Y_(1) group),5%corn flour(Y_(2) group),3%wheat bran flour(M_(1) group),5%wheat bran flour(M_(2) group).The silage quality was evaluated after storage for 30 and 45 d,respectively.The results showed that the additives had the most significant effect on improving silage quality of Moringa oleifera stem and leaf,followed by storage time.The interaction between two had little effect on silage quality.After fermentation for 30 and 45 d,sensory evaluation of Y_(2) group,M_(1) group and M_(2) group reached the first level of excellence,Y_(1) group reached GradeⅡfair,CK group was GradeⅢmedium,after storage for 30 d,the content of NDF and ADF in each treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).According to comprehensive evaluation of membership function,the comprehensive ranking of each group after 30 d of silage was M_(1) group>Y_(2) group>M_(2) group>Y_(1) group>CK group.The comprehensive ranking of each group after 45 d of silage was Y_(2) group>M_(1) group>M_(2) group>Y_(1) group>CK group.The study indicates that the quality of Moringa oleifera silage can be better improved by adding 3%wheat bran powder at 30 d and 5%corn flour at 45 d of silage.
