摘要
试验旨在研究饲用油菜梯度替代日粮中粗饲料对湖羊生长性能和经济效益的影响。选择64只体重相近、体况良好的2.5月龄湖羊公羔,随机分成4组,每组16个重复,每个重复1只羊。试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组油菜和花生秧的比例分别为30∶10、25∶15、20∶20、15∶25。预试期10 d,正式试验期45 d。结果表明,饲用油菜梯度替代日粮中花生秧对各组湖羊的平均日采食量、平均日增重、体尺均无显著影响(P>0.05),其中试验Ⅱ组湖羊的平均日增重最多。试验Ⅱ组的养殖利润比试验Ⅳ组高30.60%。研究表明,使用25%饲用油菜替代花生秧饲喂湖羊可降低饲养成本,提高经济效益。
The experiment was to study the effect of gradiently replacing roughage with oilseed rape in diet on growth performance and economic benefits of Hu sheep.A total of sixty-four 2.5-month-old lambs of similar weight and good body condition were randomly divided into four groups,with 16 lambs in each replicate and 1 sheep per replicate.The proportions of oilseed rape and peanut seedlings in experimental groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwere 30∶10,25∶15,20∶20 and 15∶25,respectively.The pre-test period lasted for 10 d and the formal test period lasted for 45 d.The results showed that gradient replacement of peanut seedlings in diet with oilseed rape had no significant effect on average daily feed intake,average daily gain and body size of Hu sheep in all groups(P>0.05),and the average daily gain of Hu sheep in experimental groupⅡwas the highest.The profit of experiment groupⅡwas 30.6%higher than that of groupⅣ.The experiment indicates that replacing peanut seedlings with 25%oilseed rape can reduce feeding costs and improve economic benefits for Hu sheep.
