摘要
通过轴向拉伸静力试验,研究套筒类型、螺栓头锥度等设计参数对新型扭剪型单边高强度螺栓抗拉承载力的影响.结果表明,新型扭剪型单边螺栓共呈现出4种破坏形态:安装时套筒拉脱、加载过程中套筒拉脱、加载过程中套筒剪断和安装时套筒剪断.在套筒类型相同的情况下,随着锥形螺栓头锥度增加,单边螺栓承载力降低;分体式套筒比一体式套筒具有更大的强度优势.新型扭剪型单边螺栓采用分体式套筒、25°锥度螺栓头时极限抗拉承载力最高,此型号M20新型扭剪型单边螺栓建议抗拉设计承载力为50kN.
The influence of design parameters such as the sleeve type and bolt head taper on the tensile capacity of a new type of single-side high strength torsional shear bolt was investigated through an axial tensile static test,whose results showed that the new torsional shear single side bolt presented four failure modes:sleeve pulling off during installation,sleeve pulling off during loading,sleeve shearing during loading and sleeve shearing during installation.When the sleeve type was the same,the bearing capacity of single side bolt decreased with the increase of the taper bolt head.The split sleeve had greater advantages than the integral sleeve;the ultimate tensile capacity was the highest when the new type torsional shear single side bolt adopted split sleeve and 25°bolt head taper.The proposed tensile design capacity of the M20 new type torsional shear single side bolt was 50kN.
