摘要
受头尾非轧制长度的影响,单机架十八辊轧机成材率低一直是困扰行业的难题。为了解决这个问题,针对首钢京唐公司十八辊单机架机组的设计,增加了实现甩尾轧制功能的压辊设备及其控制逻辑,使带钢的尾部能轧制到靠近轧机的位置;同时,开发了甩尾轧制过程中的厚度控制功能,并针对生产中压辊液压缸缸头脱落和带钢跑偏问题提出了相应改进措施,使该机组成材率提升了1%以上,效果明显。
Affected by the non-rolling length of head and tail,the low yield rate of single stand 18-high mill has always been a difficult problem perplexing the industry.In order to solve this problem,the press roll and control logic of tail-out rolling function were added in the design of the single stand 18-high mill unit of Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,so that the tail of strip can be rolled close to the rolling mill.At the same time,the thickness control function in tail-out rolling process was developed.Corresponding improvement measures were proposed to solve the problems of the hydraulic cylinder head falling off of press roll and strip running deviation in the production,and the yield rate were improved more than 1%,the significantly effect was obtained.
