摘要
目的研究在治疗老年慢性心力衰竭中联合应用葶苈大枣泻肺汤与真武汤的疗效。方法随机在天津市河东区中山门街社区卫生服务中心2019年1月-2021年1月收治的老年慢性心衰患者中抽取80例患者作为研究样本,使用电脑随机分配的方式将其均等分为两个组别。对照组中的40例患者采用常规西药临床治疗方案,而观察组的40例患者则采用中西医联合治疗的方法,在给予常规西药治疗的同时,采用葶苈大枣泻肺汤联用真武汤的中医药治疗方案。在治疗后观察患者的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、B型尿钠肽以及每搏输出量(SV)等方面情况。结果观察组采取中西医联合治疗方案的患者整体病情缓解明显,各项临床症状改善程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于存在慢性心力衰竭的老年患者来说,葶苈大枣泻肺汤联用真武汤整体治疗效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction combined with Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of senile chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group(40 cases)was treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,the therapeutic scheme of Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction combined with Zhenwu decoction was adopted.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output,left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),B-type natriuretic peptide and stroke volume were measured.Results In the observation group,the patients treated with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine had a significant improvement in their overall condition,and the improvement of all clinical symptoms were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conelusion Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction combined with Zhenwu decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure in the elderly.
