摘要
红色报刊的史料价值是毋庸置疑的,充分依托大数据、区块链等新技术,开发基于B/S模式的红色报刊数据库系统,能够长期有效地保存红色报刊资源,实现报刊信息的快速检索利用和智慧化移动终端推送,方便历史档案的学术研究。通过借鉴国际档案网站建设的有益经验,梳理国内红色文献数字化建设的实践经验,探析江苏“智能”红色报刊数据中心构建的基本路径,让“沉睡”的红色报刊“苏醒”过来。
There is no doubt about the historical value of red newspapers and periodicals. Fully relying on big data, blockchain and other new technologies, the development of red newspapers and periodicals database system based on B/S mode can effectively preserve red newspapers and periodicals resources for a long time, realize the rapid retrieval and utilization of newspaper information and intelligent mobile terminal push, fully excavate its historical value, and greatly facilitate the academic research of historical archives. By drawing lessons from the useful experience of the construction of international archival information websites, combining the exploration experience of the digital construction of domestic red documents, this paper probes into the basic path of establishing the data system of "intelligent" red newspapers and periodicals in Jiangsu Province, which to make the "dead" red newspapers and periodicals "fresh and lively".
