摘要
运用文献资料法、对比分析法等研究方法对2017版和2022版竞技健美操规则进行研读与分析。研究表明:2022版集体项目成套时间增加,难度组别重新界定划分、难度动作总数缩减,价值提高;难度与技巧连接、裁判长评分、艺术评分、完成评分较之前规则更加客观、细致、合理化,使竞技健美操在成套创编、完成质量和艺术表现提出更高要求。
The 2017 and 2022 editions of competitive aerobics rules were studied and analyzed using research methods such as literature data method and comparative analysis method.The results show that the 2022 edition of the collective project set time increases,the difficulty group is redefined and divided,the total number of difficulty actions is reduced,and the value is increased;the difficulty and skill connection,the referee score,the art score,and the completion score are more objective,meticulous and rational than the previous rules,so that the competitive aerobics puts forward higher requirements in the creation,completion and artistic performance of the complete set.
