摘要
在城市更新背景下,以珠三角平原河网地区竖向规划面临的关键性问题为切入点,探讨了城市竖向规划与内河涌管控水位之间再平衡的规划方法;并引入内涝风险评估技术手段,优化节点竖向高程,可为城市竖向规划提供有益尝试和补充。
Under the background of urban renewal,this work takes the key problems faced by the vertical planning in the plain river network area of the Pearl River Delta as the starting point.The planning methods of rebalancing between the urban vertical planning and the control water level of inland rivers are investigated.In addition,the technical means of waterlogging risk assessment is introduced.Thus,the optimization of vertical elevation of nodes provides a useful attempt and supplement for urban vertical planning.
