血清NSE、CXCL12水平与脑梗死患者早期神经功能恶化的关系分析

摘要 目的分析血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、CXC型趋化因子配体12(CXCL12)水平与脑梗死患者早期神经功能恶化(END)的相关性。方法将2019年10月至2020年10月我院收治的108例脑梗死患者纳入病例组,另将同期于我院体检的64例健康者纳入对照组。根据NIHSS将病例组患者分为END组与非END组。比较其血清NSE、CXCL12水平,采用Spearman相关性分析血清NSE、CXCL12水平与脑梗死患者END的关系。结果病例组血清NSE、CXCL12水平高于对照组(P<0.05);END组血清NSE、CXCL12水平高于非END组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,血清NSE、CXCL12水平与脑梗死患者END呈正相关(r=0.699、0.547,P<0.05)。结论血清NSE、CXCL12水平与脑梗死患者END密切相关,血清NSE、CXCL12在脑梗死患者中呈高表达,且其水平越高,脑梗死患者发生END的风险也越高。 Objective To analyze the correlation between serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and CXC-type chemokine ligand 12(CXCL12)levels and early neurological deterioration(END)in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 108 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as case group,and another 64 healthy people with physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.Patients in the case group were divided into END group and non-END group according to the NIHSS.The serum NSE and CXCL12 levels were compared,and Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum NSE and CXCL12 levels and END in patients with cerebral infarction.Results The serum NSE and CXCL12 levels in the case group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The serum NSE and CXCL12 levels in the END group were higher than those in the non-END group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum NSE and CXCL12 levels were positively correlated with END in patients with cerebral infarction(r=0.699,0.547,P<0.05).Conclusions Serum NSE and CXCL12 levels in patients with cerebral infarction are closely correlated with the END.Serum NSE and CXCL12 are highly expressed in patients with cerebral infarction,and the higher levels,the higher risk of END in patients with cerebral infarction.
