摘要
针对润宏煤业综放工作面两端头丢弃大量底煤资源的问题,通过起底改变过渡方式,实现了底煤全部回收。针对起底后6 m超高巷道,设计了顶部3 m充填空间袋式充填方案,采用速凝的耐固高水充填材料和高速充填系统,实现了快速制浆充填。效果表明,两顺槽各300 m试验段,充填和回采实施顺利,底煤正常回收,经济效益达452万元。
In view of the problem that a large amount of bottom coal resources are discarded at both ends of the fully mechanized caving face of Runhong Coal Industry,the full recovery of bottom coal is realized by changing the transition mode at the bottom.For the 6 m super-high roadway after the bottom is lifted,the top 3 m filling space bagfilling scheme is designed,and the quick-setting solid-resistant high-waterfilling material and high-speedfilling system are used to achieve rapid slurryfilling.The results show that each of the two grooves has a 300 m experimental section,thefilling and recovery are implemented smoothly,the bottom coal is recovered normally,and the economic benefit reaches 4.52 million yuan.
