摘要
全蝎为我国传统中药之一,具有广泛的药理作用。本文综合了国内外学者对全蝎及全蝎提取物防治神经系统疾病的相关研究,得出全蝎可通过调控神经细胞关键信号通路及基因表达、离子通道及离子水平、SOD等抗氧化酶活力、胶质活性、纤溶酶原系统、等机制发挥防治神经系统疾病的作用,其在防治抽动症、癫痫、脑血管疾病、惊厥、头痛显示出较好的效果,表明该药具有较好的神经保护作用,值得深入研究与开发。
Quanxie(全蝎)a traditional Chinese medicinal,has a wide range of pharmacological effects.The article summarized the studies on Quanxie and the extract of this medicinal in the prevention and treatment of nervous system diseases in China and abroad,and concluded that Quanxie exerted therapeutic effect on nervous system diseases by regulating key signaling pathways and gene expression of nerve cells,ion channels and ion levels,activity of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),glial activity,plasminogen system,etc.It had shown definite effect on Tourette syndrome,epilepsy,cerebrovascular disease,convulsion,headache,etc.Therefore,Quanxie has excellent neuroprotective effect,which should be further developed.
