摘要
目的 探讨穴位按摩在泌尿外科术后中医护理中的应用。方法 选取本院在2021年5月-2022年5月接受泌尿外科手术治疗的86例患者,随机分为观察组43例和对照组43例。对照组患者接受泌尿外科手术患者常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理干预基础上接受中医穴位按摩干预。比较两组术后疼痛评分、术后恢复进度、术后并发症发生率和术后护理满意度。结果 两组患者术后1d疼痛评分差别不显著(P>0.05),观察组术后3d疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组或对照组术后3d疼痛评分均显著低于本组术后1d疼痛评分(P<0.05)。观察组术后导尿管留置时间为(2.05±0.72)d,住院时间为(5.19±1.42)d,均显著少于对照组导尿管留置时间(3.23±0.72)d和住院时间(7.84±2.24)d(P<0.05)。观察组并发症合计发生率(6.98%)显著低于对照组(37.21%)(P<0.05)。观察组术后护理满意度(93.02%)显著高于对照组(72.09%)(P<0.05)。结论 在泌尿外科术后中医护理中应用穴位按摩可减轻术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,缩短导尿管留置时间和住院时间,促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application of acupoint massage in TCM nursing after urological surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients who received urological surgery in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group of 43 cases and a control group of 43 cases.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention for patients undergoing urological surgery,while the patients in the observation group received TCM acupoint massage intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The postoperative pain score,postoperative recovery progress,postoperative complication rate and postoperative nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups at 1d after operation(P>0.05),and the pain score at 3d after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group or the control group on the 3rd day after the operation were significantly lower than those of the same group on the 1st day after the operation(P<0.05).The postoperative catheter indwelling time in the observation group was(2.05±0.72)d,and the hospital stay was(5.19±1.42)d,which were significantly shorter than the control group’s catheter indwelling time(3.23±0.72)d and hospital stay(7.84±2.24)d(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(6.98%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(37.21%)(P<0.05).The postoperative nursing satisfaction of the observation group(93.02%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.09%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint massage in TCM nursing after urology surgery can reduce postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the time of catheter indwelling and hospitalization,promote the recovery of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
