摘要
目的 探讨疼痛控制护理在膝关节骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法 将本院2021年1月-2022年1月收治的56例膝关节骨折手术患者,采取双盲随机法分两组。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用常规护理联合疼痛控制护理。比较两组护理前后不良情绪、骨折部位疼痛程度、炎症应激状况、生活质量、护理满意度、使用镇痛药物情况。结果 实验组不良情绪、骨折部位疼痛程度、炎症应激状况低于对照组;生活质量、满意度高于对照组;使用镇痛药物情况低于对照组,以上组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 膝关节骨折手术患者实施常规护理联合疼痛控制护理效果确切。
Objective To explore application effect of pain control nursing for patients with knee joint fracture surgery.Methods The paper chose 56 patients with knee joint fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly with double blind method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while experimental group with routine nursing combined with pain control nursing.Adverse emotions,degree of pain at fracture site,inflammatory stress status,life quality,satisfaction degree and use of analgesics were compared between two groups before and after nursing.Results Experimental group had lower levels of adverse emotions,fracture site pain,and inflammatory stress than control group.Life quality was higher than control group,and satisfaction degree was higher than control group.Analgesic drug use was lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Combination of routine nursing and pain control nursing is effective for patients with knee joint fracture surgery.
