中心城区复杂环境下管线切改优化实践

摘要 为保障地铁施工的顺利进行及市政管线的正常运行,针对多条管线切改的统筹问题,从合并管线切改次数、利用现状管线、优化管线施工工艺、临时切改与永久切改相结合、管线切改与导行路施工相结合等方面出发,通过BIM建模、实地探测等方法对纵横交错的地下管线进行逐条梳理、统筹分析策划,优化管线切改次数、减少占路,从而既能保证地铁施工前期管线切改,又能满足管线运营需求;同时降低管线切改费用、缩短工期。 In order to ensure the smooth construction of subway and the normal operation of municipal pipelines,this paper aims at the overall planning of cutting and modifying multiple pipelines,starts from the following aspects:consolidating the number of pipeline cutting and modification,making use of the existing pipeline,optimizing the pipeline construction process,combining temporary and permanent cutting and modification,and combining the pipeline cutting and modification with the guide road construction,through BIM modeling,field exploration and other methods,the paper combs the criss-crossing underground pipelines one by one,and makes overall analysis and planning,and optimizes the number of pipeline cutting and changing to reduce the road occupation,so as to achieve not only ensuring the pipeline cutting and changing in the early stage of subway construction,but also meeting the pipeline operation requirements,while reducing the cost of pipeline cutting and changing,and shortening the period.
