摘要
本文对秦巴山区安康市农产品质量的主要影响因子(重金属)的种类、分布等进行调查,评价分析了各地区农产品和土壤中铬、砷、铅、锌、铜、镉6种重金属污染状况,为决策部门提供理论依据。结果表明,除中药材中的平均铬含量、中药材种植土壤中的平均镉含量、豆类和茶叶平均铜含量超标以外,其他农产品及其土壤中各项重金属指标均不超标,中药材有明显富集土壤重金属的作用。采取针对性措施,建立健全农产品质量安全追溯体系,提高农产品质量水平,具有显著的社会、经济、生态效益。
In order to provide theoretical basis for the decision-making department,this paper investigated the types and distribution of the main factors(heavy metals)affecting the quality of agricultural products in Ankang City,Qinba Mountains,and evaluated and analyzed the pollution status of six heavy metals in agricultural products and soil in various regions,including chromium,arsenic,lead,zinc,copper and cadmium.The results showed that,except for the average chromium content in the traditional Chinese medicine,average cadmium content in its planting soil and average copper contents in beans and tea,the heavy metal indexes of other agricultural products and the planting soil did not exceed the standard,and the traditional Chinese medicine had the obvious effect of enriching the heavy metals in the soil.It had significant social,economic and ecological benefits to take targeted measures,establish and improve the quality and safety traceability system of agricultural products,and improve the quality level of agricultural products.
