摘要
街区商业有着开放、多元、灵活、接地气、形态丰富等特征,不仅是居民必需的生活配套,也是城市中亮丽的风景线。文章归纳了街区商业的发展进程,分析了不同类型的动线组织模式及其影响因素,提出了动线设计的基本原则,并研究总结了相关项目案例的设计经验。
Commercial block has the characteristics of openness,diversity,flexibility,grounding and rich forms,which is not only a necessary living facilities for residents,but also a beautiful scenery line in the city.This essay summarizes the developing process of commercial block,analyzes different types of traffic flow organization mode and the influencing factors,proposes basic principles of traffic flow design,and researches and concludes the design experience of related project cases.
