摘要
习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想围绕“建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化”做出了新的理论阐述,强调中国共产党要站在永续发展、人民期待、人类未来的高度担负起生态文明建设的政治责任,解决好中国“发展起来以后”的生态治理难题。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想强调把握好经济发展与生态环境保护的辩证统一性,让生态环境保护成为有益于经济社会发展的事业,为推动新时代现代化建设的生态转向注入更强劲、更持久的发展动能。以此为引领,应创新将“绿水青山”转为“金山银山”,把生态美好作为推动新时代生产力发展的价值规范,坚持以“一盘棋”思想统筹全国城乡融合发展的生态区建设,通过深化“一带一路”绿色发展战略对接,破除全球生态赤字。
Xi Jinpiing’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has made a new theoretical exposition around“building the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature”,emphasizing that the Communist Party of China should shoulder the political responsibility of the ecological civilization construction at the height of sustainable development,people’s expectation,and human future.To solve China’s“after-development”ecological governance problems,Xi Jinpiing’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era emphasizes the dialectical unity between economic development and ecological environment protection so as to make it a cause conducive to economic and social development,and to inject stronger and more lasting development momentum into the ecological transformation of modernization in the new era.Guided by this thought,“lucid waters and lush mountains”would be transformed into“invaluable assets”by regarding the ecological beauty as the value standard to promote the development of productivity in the new era,adhering to the idea of“a chess game”to coordinate the construction of ecological zones for the integrated development of urban and rural areas in China,and breaking the global ecological deficit through deepening the docking of green development strategy of“The Belt and Road Initiative”.
