Co/Ni/ZSM-5 catalytic reforming of pyrolysis gas and coal tar and its mechanism

摘要 以过量浸渍法制备不同Ni、Co比例改性的ZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,通过XRD、SEM-EDS、BET、NH_(3)-TPD对催化剂进行表征。研究不同配比的Ni/Co/ZSM-5催化剂、热解温度、催化剂添加量对神府煤热解煤气与煤焦油组分变化的影响。结果表明,经Ni3Co5Z催化剂催化后的热解煤气总体积分数较原煤提高11.69个百分点,其中H_(2)体积分数和CH4体积分数分别提高了4.25个百分点、5.37个百分点;650℃为最佳热解温度,H_(2)体积分数和CH4体积分数分别提高了6.77个百分点、0.50个百分点,而催化剂的加入量对煤气体积分数影响较小。当催化剂为Co3Ni5Z、催化剂添加量为0.3 g、热解温度为600℃时,煤焦油中芳香烃与酚类的面积分数较原煤分别提高了5.91个百分点、3.35个百分点。Ni/Co/ZSM-5催化剂的酸量与催化性能关系密切,一定程度的酸量能促进煤的热解,提高煤气的高价值气体组分产量,改善煤热解油品的品质。 ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts were modified with different proportion Ni and Co prepared by excessive impregnation method and characterized by XRD,SEM-EDS,BET and NH_(3)-TPD.The effect of different proportions Ni/Co/ZSM-5 catalysts,the pyrolysis temperature and the catalyst dosages on the component of pyrolysis gas and coal tar of Shenfu coal were investigated.The results show that the total content of pyrolysis gas with Ni3Co5Z catalyst can be increased by 11.69 percentage points compared to raw coal,and the content of H_(2) and CH 4 can be increased by 4.25 percentage points and 5.37 percentage points,respectively.The 650℃is the best pyrolysis temperature,and the content of H_(2) and CH 4 can be increased by 6.77 percentage points and 0.50 percentage points,respectively.However,the dosages of catalyst have little influence on the pyrolysis gas.Moreover,when the catalyst is Co 3 Ni 5 Z,the amount of catalyst added is 0.3 g,and the pyrolysis temperature is 600℃,the yields of aromatic hydrocarbons and phenols in coal tar are 5.91 percentage points and 3.35 percentage points higher than those in raw coal respectively.The acid amount of Ni/Co/ZSM-5 catalyst has close relation with the catalytic performance,a certain degree of acid amounts can promote the coal pyrolysis,increase the effective gas composition of the gas production and improve the quality of the coal pyrolysis oil.
