摘要
景德镇市国际陶瓷文化博览旅游交流中心项目东厅钢结构屋盖为空间异形焊接球网架,平面尺寸为125.4 m×74.4 m,重1500 t,采用大行程多点整体提升的施工方法。依据网架的结构特点及支座分布位置,对提升点的布置方案进行比选,完成了提升点优选与设计;对提升支架进行专项设计,通过精确放样,避免了杆件干涉,实现了嵌补杆件精确安装及体系顺利转换;基于智能提升系统及智慧监控系统,以可视化监控,安全高效地完成了网架提升施工;项目基于多点整体提升施工技术,单月内完成3次合计约4000 t网架的整体提升,实现了网架的快速建造,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
The steel structure roof of the east hall for Jingdezhen international ceramic culture expo tourism exchange center project is a space special-shaped grid structure with welding ball joints.Plane size of grid is 125.4 m×74.4 m,weight 1500 t,adopting the construction method of large stroke multi-point integral lifting.According to the structural characteristics of the grid and the distribution of supports,the layout schemes of lifting points are compared and selected.The lifting bracket is specially designed.Through precise lofting,the interference of the rods is avoided,and the precise installation of the embedded rods and the smooth conversion of the system are realized.Based on intelligent lifting system and intelligent monitoring system,the grid lifting construction was completed safely and efficiently with visual monitoring.Based on the construction technology of multi-point integral lifting,the overall lifting of three grid structures totaling 4000 t are completed in a single month.The rapid construction of grid structure is realized,which can provide reference for similar projects.
