摘要
蒸压加气混凝土板(ALC板)用于外墙时,其受力特点和使用环境完全不同于内墙板,板的抗风能力、抗地震能力,连接节点的承载能力及变形能力,板部件的使用寿命直接关系到外墙板的使用安全和耐久性。通过两个项目的实际工作总结,归纳出ALC板用于外围护结构时的受力计算方法和节点连接要求,对ALC板加工制作、运输、安装存在的问题提出相关解决建议。
Autoclaved lightweight concrete(ALC)slab used for external wall has obvious different force bearing characteristics and service environment from the internal wall.Wind resistance,aseismic capacity,bearing capacity deformation capacity of connection node and service life of slab component play direct role on the safety and endurance of external wall slab.Based on practical construction summary of two projects,this paper concluded the force calculation method and node connection requirement of ALC used for enclosure structure and proposed related suggestion for processing,fabrication,transportation and installation of ALC slab.
