摘要
随着我国社会经济的发展和政府职能的转变,地方政府需要建设更多的民生项目,以便更好地满足人民对美好生活向往的需求,这会导致地方政府举借债务越来越多。文章主要阐述了湖南省地方政府债务的现状,提出了当前地方政府债务管理面临的一些难点问题,笔者针对这些难点问题提出了一些化解策略。
With the development of China's social economy and the transformation of government functions,local governments need to build more livelihood projects,so as to better meet the people's demand for a better life,which will lead to more and more debt taken by local governments.This article mainly expounds the current situation of local government debt in Hunan Province,points out some difficult problems in the current local government debt management,and puts forwards some strategies to solve the problems.
