摘要
目的:研究一体化护理模式在急性心肌梗死急救中的应用效果。方法:选取我院急诊科于2020年10月至2022年6月接受抢救的急性心肌梗死患者84例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组患者接受急诊常规护理干预,观察组患者接受一体化护理模式干预。比较两组的急救相关时间、近期不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组的院前接诊时间、分诊评估时间、心电图检查时间、急救室救治时间、PCI治疗时间和ICU停留时间明显低于对照组,观察组患者的近期不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:一体化护理模式在急性心肌梗死患者急救中效果明显,能够明显缩短抢救时间,降低近期不良事件发生风险,且患者护理满意度高。
Objective:To study the application effect of integrated nursing mode in emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:84 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent emergency treatment in the Emergency Department of our hospital from October 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method with 42 patients in each group.The control group received routine emergency nursing intervention,while the observation group received integrated nursing intervention.The emergency treatment-related time,incidence of recent adverse events,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had significantly lower pre-hospital consultation time,triage evaluation time,electrocardiogram examination time,treatment time in emergency room,PCI treatment time,and residence time in ICU compared to the control group.The incidence of recent adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated nursing mode has a significant effect in emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction,which can significantly shorten the rescue time,reduce the risk of recent adverse events,and increase patients'satisfaction with nursing.
