摘要
循环水磷酸盐标准曲线线性指标R的关键影响因素有5点:定容量器皿的影响、移液、定容的准确度、待测溶液的稳定性、仪器的稳定性、比色皿的擦拭程度。通过探讨这5点因素,采取相应的措施,以减低对测定结果的影响。
There are five key factors affecting the linear index R of standard curve of phosphate:the influence of constant volume vessel,pipetting,the accuracy of constant volume,the stability of solution to be measured,the stability of instrument,the degree to which the cutlery is wiped.By discussing these 5 factors,corresponding measures were taken to reduce the influence of the factors on the determination results.
