摘要
在国内某炼化公司Innovene S双环管浆液法HDPE装置上,采用Ti系催化剂BCL-100、以1-己烯为共聚单体,成功开发生产了Ti系小中空高密度聚乙烯树脂HD5502T。结果表明:Ti系小中空专用料加工性能满足客户要求,具有优异的耐环境应力开裂性能和良好的力学性能及卫生性能,在食品、医药等包装领域具有广阔的应用前景,将创造良好的经济、社会效益。
In a domestic refining and chemicalcompany with the Innovene S double-ring tube slurry high density polyethylene device,using Ti catalyst BCL-100 and 1-hexene as copolymer,theyhave successfullydeveloped and produced Ti small hollow high density polyethylene resin HD5502T.The results show that the processing performance of Ti small hollow special materials can meet customers’requirements with the excellent environmental stress cracking resistance,good mechanical properties and hygienic properties,which has broad application prospects in food,medicine and other packaging fields,and will create good economic and social benefits.
