摘要
文中介绍了乙烯在聚丙烯无规共聚(PPR)管材生产的作用及其对PPR管材料质量的影响。PPR管材不仅拥有良好的耐冲击和耐腐蚀性能,其耐压、耐高温性能也优于其它聚烯烃管材,尤其在长期高温条件下的使用性能。由于工艺不同乙烯含量有所区别,乙烯加入量高,在大分子链上分布较多,PPR管材料的长期耐开裂能力将得到进一步提升。由于乙烯的加入,改变了原来PP分子链的规整度,而主链规整度的改变最终改善分子链的柔顺程度和结晶度,属于微观结构的改变,宏观上表现为树脂的耐高温性能和长期耐压性能也得到了提升。乙烯的加入提高了PPR管材的抗冲性能。
This paper introduced the effect of ethylene in PPR production and its effect on the material quality of PPR tubes.Polypropylene(PP)random copolymerization PPR tube not only have good impact and corrosion resistance,but also have better pressure and high temperature resistance than other polyolefin pipes,especially under long-term high temperature conditions.The long-term cracking resistance of PPR tube materials will be further improved due to the different ethylene content,high ethylene addition and more distribution in the macromolecular chain.Due to the addition of ethylene,the regularity of the original PP molecular chain was changed,and the change of the main chain regularity eventually improved the degree of molecular chain compliance and crystallinity,which belonged to the change of microstructure.Macroscopically,it showed that the high temperature resistance and long-term pressure resistance of the resin were also improved.The addition of ethylene improved the impact resistance of PPR tube.
