摘要
大型水泵的拆卸,大多使用行车作为动力,人员对泵体进行敲击,对水泵伤害性极大,拆卸过程因水泵泵体受环境影响,内部零部件腐蚀,拆卸困难,制约作业效率。为了不影响井下安全高效排水,技术人员对水泵拆卸工艺开展了一系列工作,自主研制了水泵拆卸平台、液压棘轮扳手、泵段拆卸装置、泵轴支撑架等,有效地减轻人员作业强度,极大地提高了工作效率。研究为其他大型水泵的检修提供了借鉴。
The disassembly of large water pumps mostly uses the traveling crane as the power,and the personnel knock on the pump body,which is very harmful to the water pump.In the disassembly process,the pump body is affected by the environment,the internal parts are corroded,and the disassembly is difficult,which restricts the operation efficiency.In order not to affect the safe and efficient underground drainage,technicians have carried out a series of work on the water pump disassembly process,and independently developed the water pump disassembly platform,hydraulic ratchet wrench,pump section disassembly device,pump shaft support frame,etc.,which effectively reduces the operation intensity of personnel and greatly improves the work efficiency.The research provides a reference for the maintenance of other large water pumps.
