44种彩菊切花观赏性状综合评价及良种筛选 被引量:1

摘要 以44种彩菊切花为研究对象,采用层次分析法(AHP)构建彩菊切花观赏性状综合评价体系,筛选出适宜宁夏地区生产、栽植的优良品种。通过试验得到彩菊切花7个主要观赏性状:花型、花色、感病、花径大小、单枝质量、单枝花朵数和叶色,其指标层权重分别为0.2281、0.1633、0.1278、0.1243、0.115、0.0965和0.0571。依据综合数据分析,优选出20个Ⅰ级彩菊切花,占比为45.46%,可作为工厂化生产的品种筛选依据;Ⅱ级彩菊切花19种,占比为43.18%,可作为育种资源加以选择利用;Ⅲ级彩菊切花5种,占比为11.36%,可根据实际生产进行种质品种减少与替换。本研究可为宁夏地区商品切花菊工厂化生产和品种应用推广提供参考。 A comprehensive evaluation system for ornamental characters of 44 cut flowers of chrysanthemum was established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and excellent varieties suitable for production and planting in Ningxia were screened out.Seven main ornamental characters of chrysanthemum cut flowers were obtained through experiment,namely flower type,flower color,disease susceptibility,flower diameter,weight per branch,number of flowers per branch and leaf color,and the proportions were 0.2281,0.1633,0.1278,0.1243,0.115,0.0965 and 0.0571,respectively.According to the analysis of comprehensive data,20 were selected as grade I chrysanthemum cut flowers,accounting for 45.46%,which could be used as the basis for selecting varieties for industrial production;Grade H cut flowers accounted for 43.18%,which could be used as breeding resources;and Grade HI cut flowers accounted for 11.36%,which varieties can be reduced and replaced according to the actual production.This study can provide reference for the industrial production and variety application and promotion of commercial cut chrysanthemum in Ningxia.
