摘要
目的探究坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮对更年期综合征患者临床症状及指标的影响。方法选取146例更年期综合征患者,根据随机盲选法分为对照组与试验组,每组73例。对照组采用黄体酮治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增用坤泰胶囊治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后临床症状改善情况、性激素水平、生存质量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组临床症状改善情况对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经治疗,试验组患者症状改善评分(8.96±1.52)分低于对照组的(11.63±1.84)分(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者卵泡刺激素、雌二醇及促黄体生成素水平,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,与对照组对比,试验组患者性激素水平更优(P<0.05)。与对照组对比,试验组患者生存质量评分更高(P<0.05)。两组患者用药不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将坤泰胶囊与黄体酮共同用于更年期综合征的临床治疗中,对患者临床症状、性激素水平及生存质量的改善有积极影响,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of Kuntai capsule combined with progesterone on clinical symptoms and indexes of patients with climacteric syndrome.Methods 146 patients with climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the experimental group was treated with Kuntai capsule.The improvement of clinical symptoms,sex honnone levels before and after treatment,quality oflife and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the improvement of clinical symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom improvement score of the experimental group(8.96±1.52)points was lower than that of the control group(11.63±1.84)points(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the sex hormone level in the experimental group was better(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality oflife score ofthe experimental group was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kuntai capsule and progesterone in the clinical treatment of climacteric syndrome has positive effects on the improvement of clinical symptoms,sex hormone levels and quality oflife ofpatients,and is worth popularizing.
