摘要
目的 分析产科护理干预在妊娠期高血压护理中的效果。方法 随机选择2019年4月-2020年4月本院收治的妊娠期高血压患者108例作为临床研究对象,按照平均原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组54例患者。对照组患者为常规护理措施,观察组患者为产科护理干预。比较两组患者妊娠期高血压控制效果、分娩方式、妊娠结局等。结果 观察组患者的舒张压、收缩压明显低于对照组;观察组患者的剖宫产率、子痫发生率、胎盘早剥发生率、产后出血发生率,妊娠结局明显优于对照组两组均未发生新生儿窒息事件;观察组中的焦虑评分、抑郁评分,明显低于对照组;观察组患者的护理满意度,明显高于对照组,以上组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论 对妊娠期高血压疾病患者实施科学的产科护理干预,能够有效控制血压变化、改善分娩结局、提高自然分娩率等,对产妇以及新生儿的身心健康均有显著的临床价值,值得推广和积极应用。
Objective To analyze effect of obstetric nursing intervention in nursing of hypertensive disorder during pregnancy.Methods The paper chose 108 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 as clinical research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly based on average principle,with 54 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing measures,while observation group with obstetric nursing interventions.Control effect,delivery method,and pregnancy outcome of pregnancy induced hypertension between two groups was compared.Results Diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in observation group was significantly lower than control group;cesarean section rate,eclampsia rate,placental abruption rate,and postpartum hemorrhage rate in observation group was respectively.There were no neonatal asphyxia events in observation group,and pregnancy outcome was significantly better than in control group;anxiety scores and depression scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group;Nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was,significantly higher than in control group.Conclusion Scientific obstetric nursing intervention can effectively control blood pressure changes,improve delivery outcomes,and increase natural delivery rate of patients with hypertensive disorder during pregnancy,with significant clinical value for physical and mental health of pregnant women and neonates,which is worthy of active promotion and application.
