摘要
目的 探讨三子养亲汤合并二陈汤加减治疗重症监护室老年肺部感染的临床疗效。方法 择2019年1月-2021年12月本院重症监护室老年肺部感染患者62例,依据随机抽签法分为两组。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在此基础上应用三子养亲汤合并二陈汤加减。分析比较两组治疗疗效、临床症状积分以及相关指标。结果 两组治疗疗效比较:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组临床症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组咳嗽、喉痒、咳痰症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组相关指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、CRP、hs-CRP、PCT值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对重症监护室老年肺部感染患者的治疗,常规治疗的基础上应用三子养亲汤合并二陈汤加减治疗效果更为显著,提升患者治疗疗效,降低咳嗽、喉痒、咳痰等临床症状积分,有效改善白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数等临床相关指标,利于患者病情缓解及恢复,值得临床诊治和推广。
Objective To explore clinical effect of modified decoction of three kinds of seeds for the aged combined with erchen decoction for elderly pulmonary infection in ICU.Methods The paper chose 62 elderly patients with pulmonary infection in ICU of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021,and divided them into two groups according to drawing lots randomly method.Control group was treated with routine treatment,while observation group with modified decoction of three kinds of seeds for the aged combined with erchen decoction.Curative effect,clinical symptom scores,and related indicators between two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After comparing curative effect between two groups,total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in clinical symptom scores between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of cough,throat itching,and expectoration in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in relevant indicators between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,white blood cell count,neutrophil count,CRP,hs CRP,and PCT values in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified decoction of three kinds of seeds for the aged combined with erchen decoction on the basis of routine treatment can achieve significant effect for elderly patients with pulmonary infection in ICU,can improve curative effect,reduce clinical symptom scores including cough,throat itching,expectoration,and improve clinical related indicators effectively,including white blood cell count and neutrophil count,alieve and recover conditions of patients,which is worthy of clinical diagnosis,treatment,and promotion.
