摘要
目的 分析电子病历档案系统在提升医院病案管理质量机制。方法 选择2018年1月-2022年2月本院12000份出院病案,2018年1月-2020年1月选取6000份出院档案,应用归档上架病案管理模式,2020年2月-2022年2月选取6000份出院档案应用电子病案档案管理模式。比较两组实施前后病案复印情况、病案工作变化情况、归档质量指标情况。结果 实施电子化病案管理模式后,病案平均复印时间显著低于实施前,数据比较有意义(P<0.05);实施前后病案复印总份数、总页数相比,数据比较无意义(P>0.05);实施电子化病案管理后,档案质量错误率为0.13%,显著低于实施前的档案归档错误率0.50%,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院病案管理中,电子病案档案系统的运用,既能够提升病案处理效率及质量,也能改善病案归档质量指标,可推广。
Objective To analyze mechanism of electronic medical record filing system in improving hospital medical record management quality.Methods The paper chose 12000 discharged medical records from January 2018 to February 2022,including 6000 discharged medical records from January 2018 to January 2020,treated with archiving and shelving medical record management mode,6000 discharged medical records from February 2020 to February 2022,with electronic medical record management mode.Medical record copying status,medical record work changes,and archiving quality indicators were compared between two groups before and after application.Results After applying electronic medical record management model,average copying time of medical records was significantly lower than before,data comparison was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between total number of copies and total pages of medical records before and after application,(P>0.05).After application of electronic medical record management,error rate of file quality was 0.13%,significantly lower than 0.50%before,data comparison was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During hospital medical record management,electronic medical record filing system can improve efficiency and quality of medical record processing,quality indicators of medical record archiving,which can be promoted.
