摘要
布鲁氏菌病是在世界范围内对牛养殖业发展具有巨大影响的一种人畜共患病,该病传播速度快、传染性强,易造成养殖区域大面积感染,不仅会给养殖业造成经济损失,而且严重威胁养殖业的健康可持续发展及公共卫生安全。目前控制该病流行的最经济有效的方法就是疫苗接种。笔者就我国养牛业布鲁氏菌病流行现状及目前最常用的两种布鲁氏菌病疫苗A19株和S2株的特点和发展前景进行综述,以期为未来布鲁氏菌病疫苗的选择和研制提供参考。
Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease that has a great impact on the development of cattle breeding industry worldwide.The disease has fast transmission speed and strong infectivity,and is easy to cause large-scale infection in breeding areas.It will not only cause economic losses in the breeding industry,but also seriously threaten the healthy and sustainable development of the breeding industry and public health safety.At present,the most economical and effective way to control the epidemic of the disease is vaccination.The present epidemic situation of Brucellosis and the characteristics and development prospects of the two most commonly used brucellosis vaccines in China's cattle industry,strain A19 and strain S2,were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide reference for the selection and development of Brucellosis vaccines in the future.
