摘要
脊髓损伤的治疗是一个世界性的难题。外泌体具有良好的组织相容性,可携带丰富的信号转导物质,广泛参与到神经系统的各个病理生理阶段。越来越多的研究证实,外泌体在促进脊髓损伤的恢复中有着广阔的应用前景。笔者就外泌体对脊髓损伤后血管生成、神经功能调节、神经病理性疼痛、膀胱功能的影响以及与生物支架的结合应用方面的最新研究进展作此综述。
The treatment of spinal cord injury(SCI)is a worldwide problem.Exosomes are widely involved in various pathophysiological stages of the nervous system due to their good histocompatibility and abundant signal transduction substances.More and more studies have indicated that exosomes have broad application prospects in promoting the recovery of spinal cord injury.In this review,we would like to present the latest research progress of exosomes on treating the spinal cord injury including angiogenesis,neurological modulation,neuropathic pain,bladder function,and the application of its combination with biological scaffolds on treating the spinal cord injury.
