轧制工艺对P460NL1钢板组织性能的影响

摘要 从连铸板坯厚度1/4处取150 mm×100 mm×60 mm(长×宽×厚)的样坯,在450 mm二辊可逆式热轧机上进行轧制,利用光学显微镜、拉伸和冲击试验机等检测手段,对不同状态下试样的组织与性能进行研究。结果表明,终轧温度对钢板强度影响不显著,终轧温度为870~830℃时冲击值最高,约为40 J,经正火处理后仍具有较高的冲击值,约为60 J,模拟焊后处理的钢板冲击值为137~159 J;析出富N的V(C,N)粒子的“鼻尖”温度约为840℃,在此温度附近轧制,热轧钢板组织中铁素体体积分数较高,晶粒尺寸细小,约为6μm,降低钢板韧性的贝氏体体积分数最低。 Samples with a length of 150 mm,a width of 100 mm and a thickness of 60 mm were taken at the thickness of a quarter of the casting slab,and then rolled using a two-roll reversible hot rolling mill.The microstructure and properties of samples under different conditions were studied by a series of testing methods,such as optical microscope and tensile impact testing machine.The results show that the final rolling temperature has no significant effect on the strength of the steel plate,and the highest impact value is about 40 J when the final rolling temperature is 870 ℃ to 830 ℃.After the heat treatment,the highest impact value is still about 60 J.Moreover,the impact value of the steel plate after the simulated post weld heat treatment is 137 J to 159 J,and the temperature of N-rich precipitation of V(C,N) particles at the nose tip is about 840 ℃;When the roll is near this temperature,the ferrite grain size of the hot rolled steel plate is about 6 μm,the ferrite volume fraction is also slightly higher,and the bainite volume fraction which is harmful to the toughness of the steel plate is the lowest.
