摘要
某酒店依山而建,各客房分区呈台阶状分布,为一典型的掉层结构。结构各分区之间与周边保留建筑、道路存在多处高差,如何选择合理的基础形式、处理边坡与主体结构之间的关系显得至关重要。经过方案比选,本工程采用筏板基础,高差处采用折板形式过渡,折板内侧结合支护设计另设置一道永久支护承担高差带来的水、土压力。本工程应用表明此基础方案现场适应性强、经济优势明显。
A hotel building is built on a slope,and the rooms are distributed in steps,which is a typical structure supported by foundations with different elevations.There are many height differences between the partitions of the structure and the surrounding reserved buildings and roads How to choose a reasonable foundation form and deal with the relationship between the side slope and the main structure is very important..After scheme comparison and selection,the raft foundation is adopted in the project,and the folded plate form is adopted at the elevation difference.Combined with the supporting design,another permanent support is set at the inner side of the folded plate to bear the water and soil pressure caused by the elevation difference.The engineering application shows that this foundation scheme has strong field adaptability and obvious economic advantages.
