摘要
文章以苏州工业园区微软二期办公楼项目为例,介绍了采用盘扣式支撑体系模拟设计受力分析,将原设计方案——吊挂柱区域结构施工顺序由屋面层至二层的逆作法施工,更改为自下而上的施工顺序。从施工方案选择、设计计算、现场安装、拆卸等过程中需要注意的事项,通过实际施工和分析研究,着重介绍了型钢吊挂柱施工方法,并叙述了相应的控制措施,在符合原设计受力情况下降低了施工难度,保证了施工质量和安全,节约了材料和工期,可为类似项目提供参考。
Taking the Microsoft Office building Phase II project in Suzhou Industrial Park as an example,this paper introduces that the original drawing design scheme--the construction sequence of the suspension column area structure is changed from the reverse construction method from the roof layer to the second floor to the bottom-up construction sequence,which not only reduces the construction difficulty,ensures the construction quality and safety,but also saves the material and time limit,which provides reference for similar projects in the future.
