摘要
目的:分析在眩晕症患者中应用综合康复护理的效果。方法:选取2019年7月—2021年6月武汉亚心总医院收治的88例眩晕症患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为参照组与研讨组,各44例。参照组予以常规护理,研讨组予以综合康复护理,对比两组负性情绪、护理满意度及复发情况。结果:干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且研讨组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研讨组护理总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。研讨组复发率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:综合康复护理应用在眩晕症患者中,能有效减轻患者负性情绪,提高患者满意度,降低疾病复发风险。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with vertigo.Methods:A total of 88 patients with vertigo admitted to Wuhan Asian Heart General Hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Using the randomly drawing lot method,they were divided into the reference group and the research group,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the research group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.Negative emotion,nursing satisfaction and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the research group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the research group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).The recurrence rate in the research group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with vertigo can effectively ameliorate the negative emotion of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients,and reduce the risk of disease recurrence.
