摘要
成都为富水砂卵石地层,盾构在此地层施工时极易因超挖和扰动形成空洞。砂卵石地层骨架效应较好,在一定时间内可自稳,但在地面荷载等其他诱导因素作用下,空洞逐步延伸至地表造成地表塌陷,表现出的滞后性,施工风险和隐患极大。结合成都地铁3号线一期某隧道区间工程实践,通过相关地表沉降数据与现场巡视结果对比综合分析表明,富水砂卵石地层沉降表现出滞后性;滞后沉降具有突发性、随机性和隐蔽性的特征;滞后沉降预警采用沉降监控结合现场巡视的方法具有良好的效果。
Chengdu is a water rich sandy pebble stratum,where tunneling by shield tunneling is prone to cavities due to overbreak and disturbance.The skeleton effect of the sandy gravel stratum is good,which stabilize itself with⁃in a certain period of time.However,under the action of other inducing factors such as ground load,the cavity gradu⁃ally extends to the surface,causing surface collapse,which exhibits a hysteresis and poses great construction risks and hidden dangers.Based on the practice of a certain tunnel section project of Chengdu Metro Line 3 Phase I,a comprehensive analysis of relevant surface settlement data and on-site inspection results shows that the settlement of water rich sand pebble stratum exhibits hysteresis.The delayed settlement has the characteristics of sudden,ran⁃dom,and concealment.The method of settlement monitoring combined with on-site inspection for delayed settle⁃ment early warning has good results.
