摘要
季节性冻土严重影响着寒区工业与民用建筑及交通运输工程的建设和使用。文中以黑河市一工业厂房为例,采用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板(Extruded polystyrene board,XPS)和工业固废炉渣等防冻胀材料在建筑基础圈梁下铺设基础垫层,形成垫层与圈梁组合的新型建筑基础防冻胀体系,缓解季节性冻土的冻胀危害,保障建筑基础的安全。为探究新型防冻胀体系的防冻胀效果,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了新型防冻胀体系的三维有限元模型。并通过分析有限元模型的温度场和应力场,发现新型防冻胀体系明显缓解了冻土的冻胀作用,降低了最危险节点处的冻胀应力,保证了建筑基础的安全。
Seasonal frost severely affects the construction and use of industrial and civil buildings and transporta⁃tion projects in cold regions.Taking an industrial plant in Heihe city as the case,we use extruded polystyrene board(XPS)and industrial solid waste slag as anti-freeze swelling materials to lay foundation mat under the building foun⁃dation ring beam,forming a new building foundation anti-freeze swelling system combining mat and ring beam to al⁃leviate the freeze swelling hazard of seasonal frozen soil and protect the safety of building foundation.In order to in⁃vestigate the effect of the new anti-freeze swelling system,a three-dimensional finite element model of the new an⁃ti-freeze swelling system is established by using ABAQUS finite element software.By analyzing the temperature and stress fields of the finite element model,it is found that the new anti-frost swelling system obviously relieves the frost swelling effect of the frozen soil,reduces the frost swelling stress at the most dangerous nodes,and ensures the safety of the building foundation.
